SANDY ESKANDER

the co-founder & operator of OSENDA. She has a wealth of experience of more than 10 years. She got this experience through working for several companies included but not limited to: Consolidated Construction Company (CCC), Orascom construction, and Construction Management Systems (CMS). She earned her Masters & Bachelor’s degrees from the Faculty of Engineering Cairo University Architecture Department. When it comes to our design and building studio firm, we pride ourselves on our commitment to innovation, creativity, and excellence. Our mission is to not only meet, but exceed the expectations of our clients by delivering exceptional design and construction services.

TECHNICAL MANAGER

AHMAD OSAMA

As a partner of OSENDA DESIGN & BUILD STUDIO, and TECHNICAL MANAGER, he gained extensive experience in the contracting and interior design fields. His responsibilities have included As a project's coordinator, planning, organizing, and executing architectural and interior design projects, coordinating with various stakeholders, managing timelines and budgets, ensuring effective communication, monitoring project progress, and upholding quality standards.
